At Growth Chasers Volleyball, training is about the process, not the product. We talk about this concept with our athletes often because the game begins and ends with mindset. When you focus on the result, it is difficult to see what is getting you there and what needs to change; when you focus on the controllables and the process, it becomes simple what needs to be improved.
